Dear readers, I have been thinking of writing something every day but haven’t taken time to write something down. To read or to write was what I thought and so I read and read. I have gone through a few books now, but it is 2013 and I still haven’t posted anything. I have decided tonight to write about two events that happened to me yesterday.
While I travelled to work by metro…
I saw from the corner of my eye a bottle with orange juice rolling backwards than to the front of the wagon. The man sitting in front of me gazed at it, than he stood up to pick it up to ask everyone on the other side of the row of seats whether the bottle of drink was from them.
Before he picked it up, I looked at every person in the row of seats. No one was fiddling with their bags, most of them were using their mobile phone, a few listened to music and a couple of them talked to one another. In my mind I was thinking: “It is from none of them but if it isn’t from one of them is it the so called suspicious package”.
You can understand that I was super surprised when I saw the man pick it up and ask around whether the bottle was from either one of them. It surprised me even more, when someone else took his seat when he stood up. It forced him to sit somewhere else. After awhile, he stopped asking around so I glanced at him a few metro station stops later. Looking up from my e-book, that I was reading with my mobile phone. He was sitting at the window and on the floor standing up right next to him was the bottle of orange juice. The rolling bottle of drink was not seen anymore through the corner of my eye.
During my lunch break…
I stood outside waiting for the light to turn green. I saw a motorcycle approaching from the left. The man with blue eyes was wearing a black helmet and he was wearing a black motorcycle outfit. At the time I was thinking, while I looked up at the traffic light for the left side: “They are waiting for the red light, so green should be soon.” I felt that someone was staring at me so I looked at my left side and saw that the motorcyclist was staring at me. I thought: “Neeh, must be the other people next to me.”
I glanced to my right, but the people were talking to one another. The stare continued, so I stared back at the motorcyclist. It was strange almost close to mysterious, but his eyes looked super young which made me loose interest. All of a sudden just before the light turned green. He moved his right hand and made the sounds “Vrrroom Vroomm.”
It made me chuckle inside, while I crossed the road: “How cheesy can someone be? Haven’t I seen this in some movie or something?! Vrrroom, Vroomm!”
Line of today: Don’t pick up something strange, unless he’s a hotty :p
