Yes! Man bracelets! Another thought that might be entertaining for some or not? But here it goes!
Man bracelets, why man before it? If I say bracelets, you might think bracelets for women. But this topic is about bracelets, that men wear. Still, writing that down is already making me laugh! It just sounds funny. No one says man underwear, because those are usually called briefs or boxers.
Do you know those wooden beats bracelets and leather bracelets for men? I like it when men wear those, but why did I not say that? “I like the bracelets, it looks good on you. Just like the jacket!” Or something like that… I asked a guy: “Where did you get those bracelets?”. He told me the store name, I heard him but he repeated it three times in different tones while he turned towards me. I wonder why he repeated it three times… It made me nervous… He looked hot and he was not wearing a suit! So why did it sound like as if he was unsure of himself? And why can’t I start a conversation with him, which comes so easily with others?
He showed up Friday night at the work/teambuilding game outing fashionably late and with… The not-shaven look (the stubble beard! Ieeeehhh *swoon*), a jeans fabric shirt with buttons on the front (back to the 80-ties ^^), a blue-white triangle scarf and to top it off an American kind of high school jacket also blue-white (so many 80-ties movies are flashing through my mind). And just like a model he leaned against a beam… I guess I should have made a picture of him, after asking him to lower his shades/sunglasses?
Attraction
Yes, there are various things that make me think that a guy is hot. It is definitely a combination of things not just looks. How do I figure out what that is exactly? And do I even want to find that out? One might not even need it to start dating someone right? I mean, you start a date to get to know someone and after many dates you find out whether it becomes something more?
Today (at a bar around midnight) a friend asked: “Isn’t it time for you to have a boyfriend?”
I replied: “Yes, actually… Also I have to make time for it…”
She told me to wear a dress, high heels and show that I’m available and suggested that I should sign up at a dating site. Because the chance of meeting someone in a bar/café or outside is difficult. I guess she is right on that part.
But dating sites? Really? Ehmm… I rather not, can’t I meet him in the old fashion way? By chance? And be swept of my feet by a gent? O gentleman, gentleman, where art thou?
(meaning isn’t the same, but my line is inspired by Juliet’s line to Romeo from her balcony: “O Romeo, Romeo, wherefore art thou Romeo?”)
