Dark brown, light brown or white... Soft praline, crunchy nuts, aromatic alcohol from cherries or a filling with strong liquor like brandy. Chocolate brings many lovely feelings in the forms of a chocolate bar, pastries, ice cream or even soup. The colour alone gives you a warm tropical feeling, the bite crackles on pastries, than if you want to enjoy the sensation longer you can let it melt in your mouth. The taste can be silky, bitter, sweet or just indescribable amazing! One of my favourite kind of chocolate is Ecuador chocolate and even though it is not made of cacao completely and just an extract of it I love white chocolate the most.
Why these thoughts about chocolate? I am watching a movie at the moment called "Just desserts" and it is about pastries and a pastries competition. Yum! After watching this movie, I definitely want to try a Torta Barozzie.
