I'm a mess
Hi visitor(s),
It's September already... Time goes by like the sunsets... The trees move with the wind and... Another study year has started... This is the second week of my masters. I'm so glad, that I don't have to worry about taking retake exams for my bachelor of science any more. Since I passed! Finally... It was a hell of a year... The extra non-related to my study courses were fun, but retake exams were hellish.
A part from being at the university on a weekly bases, nothing much changed. My life is still a mess... Cooking is one of the things that give me time to relax, while doing something instead of sitting all day and reading/writing etc. I'm still trying to cook various things... Or more likely "what shall I eat today? I see that there are not a lot of various food in the frig. Ah, lets try to make this combined with this." And poof there is diner. So not really following a receipy.
If only I could sleep well... Being tired is not a good thing... ZzzzZZzz...

My ever first pizza!
Hi visitor(s),
I've made my first pizza today. I think it turned out pretty well. It tasted great and since it's a lot I still have some left for tomorrow *yeah!*. There are two lines of different ingredients, some have pineapple, others tomato, yellow peppers, salami, pepper salami, York ham, all have unions, cheese and a base of tomato sauce with oregano and garlic. I think I'll make pizza some day again *smile*.
The pizza:
I've also made a chocolate tart. Somehow it became softer this time like squichy! It taste very nice and I have saved two pieces for tomorrow! *cakey!!!*
